Discussions and Decisions
- All programs have the information/basic text they require in order to communicate the status of CRL/SCS conversations for development to support shared print (thank you, Scholars Trust!).
- Decision Support Discussion CRL and SCS
- Action: Kim will communicate further with Amy Wood and Matt Barnes to arrange a meeting time to continue discussions.
- Access Principles
- Rosemont Ops confirmed that all the programs have the latest version of the Access Principles to submit to regional committees.
- Re-evaluation of the Road Map
- Action: Mark, Cheryle, Ben and/or Tabby will begin that re-evaluation.
- PAPR and what Rosemont can do now to make its collective collection visible.
- There are several goals we would like to start progressing towards:
- Publishing a list of titles retained by Rosemont partners on the Rosemont website.
- Making the Rosemont collective collection visible through PAPR.
- Sharing this information with libraries outside of Rosemont/supporting resource sharing.
- Collections analysis for future retentions.
- Actions: The analysts among the programs will work together to combine program archived title lists and evaluate number of unique titles/overlap. Analysts will also look further into what it would take to distinguish retentions as Rosemont in PAPR. (Rebecca, Cheryle, Sara, Tabby, and Alison)
- There are several goals we would like to start progressing towards:
- Rosemont Ops also discussed reorganizing archived materials.
- Actions: Rosemont Ops will review the file configuration circulated by Cheryle and send any comments or questions. Cheryle and Sara will look into searching capabilities for Rosemont notes.
