The Journal Retention and Needs Listing (JRNL) is a program that:
- Allows libraries to expose lists of print journals for which they have made retention commitments;
- Express needs (or gaps) in their holdings; and
- Communicate offers to fill the gaps in other participating libraries’ holdings.
All member programs in Rosemont allow their members to use this tool.
